Shipping Policy: Items will be shipped standard USPS, Fedex, DHL, or UPS. Some items require 3-4 business days handling time and will be shipped immediately after the handling period. The estimated total shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for certain items and will take affect after the handling time is complete. Items may or may not ship together based on availability and a tracking number will be provided for each shipment. *International shipping is not available at this time.
Refund Policy: Refunds or exchanges will be accepted for damaged or defective items and incorrect orders within 14 days after receiving an order. Refunds processed for items purchased at a discount rate will be refunded the amount paid for the item. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping fees.
