The talk is about the subject of entrepreneurship, and the concept of effort and significance. The talk seeks to understand the balance between success and effort, asking the question of whether the amount of effort exerted into work can be directly proportional to the success achieved for that amount of effort. The speaker seeks to unpack the true purpose and reason why effort should be applied in the pursuit of education, business, entrepreneurship etc.
Janco Olivier is a 3rd Year Student at the University of the Free State and an aspiring Entrepreneur who has the ambition of making a huge impact in the South Africa. Based in the City of Bloemfontein, he believes that entrepreneurship is one of the solutions for solving the ailing local economy.
