Monthly Dividend Paying Stocks
In this video, I want to go over my Top 5 Dividend Paying Stocks that pay on a Monthly Basis!
I feel like it's important to have stocks in your stock portfolio that give you monthly divident checks because to me, it helps define what Passive Income really is! Considering that most of us would like to use our monthly dividend checks to pay bills, we'd like a steady stream of income for our stocks to do so!
When doing my research, I noticed that the majority of the monthly dividend paying stocks were REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts), and they used almost all of their income to pay off their shareholders in the form of dividends.
This can definitely explain another similarity that these monthly dividend paying stocks have: high payout ratios.
Overall, I feel like these stocks are healthy to invest in during this time, but you defintely want to do your research before you invest in monthly dividend paying stocks!
